  1. Put a half inch of water at the bottom of the pot, cover with lid, and bring to a boil
  2. Place the eggs in the steamer basket. Once the water is boiling, place the basket in the pot and cover. Let steam for 12 minutes.
  3. After the 12 minutes, place the eggs in a pot of cool (not ice) water. Water too cold will cause the skin to stick to the egg. Peel eggs and enjoy.
